PiqSavi Terms of Service
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PiqSavi, including its shopping-intelligence, offer-evaluation, recommendation, personalization, and AI-assisted features. Your use of PiqSavi is subject to these Terms and applicable law.
These Terms apply to the consumer-facing PiqSavi service. Separate merchant or business tools may be governed by separate terms.

2. The PiqSavi Service
PiqSavi is an AI-assisted shopping and recommendation service designed to help users evaluate products and offers and make purchasing decisions. PiqSavi may evaluate offers using PiqScore, present separate Recommendations, apply personalization where account preferences are available, provide AI-assisted explanations, and link users to third-party merchants or offer destinations.
PiqScore is an objective offer-evaluation score based on information PiqSavi actually evaluated. Recommendation is a separate customer-action layer and is not the same thing as PiqScore. Personalization may influence which option is personally recommended without rewriting the canonical objective PiqScore. Affiliate compensation must not increase PiqScore or organic Recommendation ranking.
PiqSavi does not claim to search every marketplace, show every available offer, guarantee the lowest price, guarantee savings, guarantee suitability for your needs, or guarantee that every displayed price or offer is live or current.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of using the service and entering into agreements under applicable law. PiqSavi does not currently use date of birth as a standard consumer registration field.
4. Accounts
4.1 Registration and account information
PiqSavi may allow account registration using an email address, password, and display name. PiqSavi stores a password hash rather than your plaintext password. You are responsible for keeping your account information reasonably accurate and up to date.
4.2 Credentials and account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials under your control. Contact support@piqsavi.com promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. No security measure is perfect.
4.3 Sessions and account access
Sessions may expire and may be revoked when you log out or when security controls require it. Some account-verification, password-recovery, or account-management features may not be available at all times or may require assistance from PiqSavi support.
4.4 Deletion and data export
PiqSavi currently provides authenticated self-service account deletion and an automated account-owned personal-data export for consumer User accounts. Those tools do not apply to Early Access waitlist registrations. Instant erasure from every log, backup, or third-party system may not be available. Privacy-related deletion, access, or export requests may also be directed to privacy@piqsavi.com and may be handled manually, subject to verification and applicable law.
5. Permitted Use
You may use PiqSavi for lawful personal shopping research, offer evaluation, product comparison, and related consumer purposes for which the service is offered.
6. Prohibited Use
You must not use PiqSavi to:
generate fraudulent or artificial clicks, impressions, referrals, registrations, purchases, or other transactions;
manipulate or interfere with affiliate attribution or tracking;
use PiqSavi or a third-party merchant link for unauthorized self-referral, resale, or other prohibited commercial activity;
scrape, harvest, systematically extract, or automatically query third-party merchant or marketplace systems except through an expressly authorized mechanism;
circumvent technical limits, access controls, authentication mechanisms, robots restrictions, API restrictions, or other safeguards;
use merchant or marketplace trademarks, content, links, credentials, or data for a purpose not authorized by the applicable provider;
engage in deceptive, misleading, clickbait, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited promotional activity;
use PiqSavi to interfere with or circumvent a merchant's affiliate, referral, advertising, attribution, or tracking rules; or
misrepresent an affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or other relationship between you, PiqSavi, and a third party.
7. PiqScore
PiqScore is PiqSavi's objective evaluation of a specific product or offer using the information available for that evaluation. Depending on the evidence available, factors may include price and cost-related signals, seller information, shipping, availability, official-store indicators, warranty-related information, returns-related information, and similar offer attributes.
PiqScore is limited to offers PiqSavi actually evaluated and does not imply complete market coverage.
Missing, unknown, incomplete, imported, test, cached, simulated, or stale information may affect evaluation quality.
PiqScore is distinct from Recommendation.
Personalization is not designed to rewrite the canonical objective PiqScore.
Affiliate or advertising compensation must not increase PiqScore.
PiqSavi does not disclose proprietary scoring formulas, weights, or implementation details.
8. Recommendations
Recommendations are intended to assist, not replace, your own purchasing judgment. PiqSavi may present guidance such as Buy, Wait, Consider, or Avoid, together with explanations, tradeoffs, warnings, confidence information, or alternatives where available.
A personally recommended option may differ from the option with the highest objective PiqScore because personalization, thresholds, tradeoffs, warnings, confidence, or other recommendation rules may affect the result.
Recommendations do not guarantee savings, suitability, merchant performance, or purchase outcomes and are not professional financial, legal, medical, investment, or other regulated advice.
9. AI-Assisted Features
PiqSavi may use AI to assist with explanations, narratives, summaries, or conversational shopping help. AI is not designed to rewrite the canonical objective PiqScore. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or incomplete information, and AI features may not be available at all times. Review material product and merchant information before purchasing.
10. Product, Offer, and Merchant Information
PiqSavi may display or derive prices, availability, specifications, seller or source information, ratings or reviews, shipping, returns, warranty, and other shopping attributes. Information may be unavailable, incomplete, delayed, stale, unknown, imported, cached, test-based, simulated, or supplied by third parties.
Before completing a purchase, verify material purchase terms - including final price, taxes, shipping, payment, returns, warranty, availability, and seller identity - on the merchant's own service.
PiqSavi does not guarantee that any displayed price, discount, availability, product attribute, seller information, rating, review, shipping estimate, return term, warranty information, or other offer information is current, complete, accurate, or available at the time of purchase.
11. Merchants and Third-Party Services
PiqSavi is generally designed as a shopping-intelligence and referral-oriented service rather than the retail seller of the underlying goods. Purchases reached through PiqSavi may be completed with third-party merchants. Those merchants may control checkout, payment, final price, inventory, shipping, returns, refunds, warranty, and customer service, and their own terms and privacy practices may apply.
Your use of a third-party service is subject to the applicable third party's terms, policies, privacy notices, and other requirements. PiqSavi does not control and is not responsible for the operation, content, policies, products, services, or practices of third-party merchants or platforms.
References to a merchant, marketplace, or service do not by themselves imply a contractual relationship, approval, endorsement, or live certified integration.
PiqSavi does not guarantee that a third-party merchant will honor any price, promotion, offer, coupon, inventory status, affiliate attribution, referral, commission, or other information displayed or communicated through PiqSavi.
12. Affiliate Relationships
PiqSavi may use affiliate links or referral-attribution mechanisms. When an applicable affiliate relationship is active and a qualifying purchase or other qualifying event occurs, PiqSavi may receive compensation. Not every link or destination is necessarily an affiliate link.
Where an applicable affiliate or referral relationship is active, PiqSavi may receive a commission, referral fee, advertising fee, or other compensation when a user completes a qualifying action through an applicable referral mechanism. The existence, amount, eligibility, timing, attribution, validation, and payment of any such compensation are determined by the applicable third party and its applicable program terms and policies.
PiqSavi does not charge users an additional affiliate fee for purchases made through third-party merchants solely because an affiliate relationship exists. Any price, fee, discount, promotion, or other commercial term applicable to the purchase is determined by the third-party merchant.
Affiliate compensation must not increase PiqScore or organic Recommendation ranking. See the Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure for additional information.
13. Purchases, Payments, Returns, Refunds, and Warranties
PiqSavi does not currently operate a PiqSavi retail checkout or payment system for third-party product purchases. Where you choose to buy a product through a merchant reached from PiqSavi, the transaction is generally completed with that merchant.
PiqSavi does not promise to provide returns, refunds, chargebacks, or warranties for products purchased from third-party merchants. Merchant and manufacturer terms generally govern those matters, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
14. Intellectual Property
PiqSavi brand elements, software, and PiqSavi-created service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property and related rights belonging to PiqSavi or its licensors. Third-party trademarks, product images, titles, reviews, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not grant you a right to use PiqSavi trademarks or copy the service beyond ordinary permitted use.
Third-party trademarks, logos, product images, product descriptions, reviews, ratings, merchant content, marketplace content, API materials, affiliate materials, and other third-party materials are owned or controlled by their respective owners or licensors and may be subject to additional licenses, restrictions, attribution requirements, or removal requirements.
PiqSavi's display of third-party materials does not grant you any independent license or right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, scrape, commercialize, or otherwise exploit those materials.
PiqSavi may receive or access product, offer, merchant, seller, transaction, performance, affiliate, API, or other information from third-party merchants, marketplaces, affiliate networks, APIs, feeds, or other authorized sources.
PiqSavi's access to or receipt of such information does not, by itself, grant PiqSavi or any user an unrestricted right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, cache, publish, commercialize, reverse engineer, sublicense, or otherwise use that information.
15. Feedback and Submitted Content
If you send feedback, ideas, or suggestions to PiqSavi, PiqSavi may use that feedback to operate and improve the service. Do not submit material that you do not have the right to share or that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
16. Third-Party Links
PiqSavi may link to third-party websites, applications, merchants, or services. Those third parties are responsible for their own products, services, terms, and privacy practices. You should review their information before completing a transaction or providing personal information.
17. Service Availability and Changes
PiqSavi may change features or may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security, capacity, product evolution, or other operational reasons. PiqSavi does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability or a specific service-level percentage unless separately stated in writing.
PiqSavi may depend on third-party merchants, marketplaces, affiliate networks, APIs, feeds, payment or tracking systems, hosting providers, and other external services. PiqSavi is not responsible for interruptions, inaccuracies, delays, changes, restrictions, suspensions, removals, or discontinuation caused by such third-party services.
A third party may change its terms, APIs, data fields, attribution rules, eligibility requirements, technical specifications, products, pricing, policies, or other requirements. PiqSavi may make corresponding changes to the service, including removing or restricting affected functionality.
18. Account Suspension
PiqSavi may restrict or suspend account access when reasonably necessary to address material violations of these Terms, security or fraud risk, unlawful use, or threats to the service, users, or third parties. You may stop using PiqSavi at any time.
PiqSavi may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to comply with a third-party merchant, marketplace, affiliate network, API provider, legal requirement, security requirement, or applicable program restriction, including where continued access or activity could cause PiqSavi or a third party to violate applicable terms or requirements.
19. Privacy
The PiqSavi Privacy Policy explains how PiqSavi processes personal information and how to contact PiqSavi about privacy matters.
20. General Disclaimers
Scores, recommendations, and AI-assisted explanations are assistive and may be imperfect.
Third-party product, price, availability, merchant, rating, review, shipping, returns, or warranty information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, imported, test-based, simulated, cached, or stale.
Prices and availability can change after PiqSavi displays them.
Merchants control their own inventory, checkout, fulfillment, and post-purchase handling.
PiqSavi does not guarantee product suitability for your particular needs.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
21. Changes to These Terms
PiqSavi may update these Terms as the service changes or as required by applicable law. The Last Updated date will be revised when the Terms are changed.
